My nieces and nephews take turns having a sleep over at our house, just to spend some one on one time together. It was Catriona’s turn this past Friday. She always makes this sauce to accompany her favorite meal, panko crusted chicken cutlets. It’s a very simple sauce, but tasty.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1/2 cup
3 tablespoons of dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
1. Mix both ingredients together well, maybe with a little whisk. Add a little more of the honey or mustard to suit your tastes. Serve.
