I serve this wasabi mayo with fish or chicken, my husband loves it.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Yield: 1/2 cup
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low fat mayo
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon agave syrup or honey- add more if not sweet enough for you
1 teaspoon wasabi paste- wasabi paste will come in a tube in the ethnic section of the grocery store. If you can only find powdered, just add a little water to it to make it into a paste. After turning the powdered into a paste, let it sit for 5-10 minutes to let flavors develop before whisking into the mayo.
Directions:
1. Mix all the above ingredients together with a whisk and taste. Add more lime juice, soy or wasabi if it’s not to your liking. Serve with my Ahi Tuna recipe, any other fish or even a grilled chicken breast.
