Prep time: 15 minutes
Yield: about 8 cups and serves 8-10
1- 750 ml bottle of your favorite dry white wine
1/2 cup vodka
1/3 cup peach schnapps
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup agave syrup
1 small navel orange quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 cup bite size pieces fresh pineapple
1. In a 2 1/2 – 3 quart pitcher, stir the wine, vodka, peach schnapps, pineapple juice and agave syrup until well mixed.
2. Add the fruit and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
3. Serve over ice, garnished with the fruit. Top off each glass with a splash of club soda.
