Very easy and quick vegetable dish. Use broccoli or greens beans instead if you like.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes on hot BBQ.
1 pound of asparagus-with the woody ends snapped off
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
10 ice cubes
1. On a heavy duty and large piece of tin foil, place asparagus, then butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper and then ice cubes. Fold up and seal the asparagus and place on hot BBQ. Cook for 8 minutes.
2. Remove from the BBQ, open up the hot package carefully and serve.
