I served this sauce with my Pork Loin roast.  It was quite easy and could be served with your roast turkey, if you want something fancier than plain cranberry sauce.

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup of chopped onion

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary

1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth

1 cup of whole berry cranberry sauce or make your own

2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

Salt, pepper and honey to taste.

Directions:

1.  Melt butter in heavy bottomed medium sized pot over medium high heat.  Add onion and rosemary, sauté until onion softened, about 3 minutes.

2.  Add chicken broth, cranberry sauce and vinegar, mix until cranberry sauce melts, about 2 minutes.  Now boil until sauce has reduced enough to coat a spoon thickly, about 10 minutes.  Mix frequently.  Add a little at a time the salt, pepper and honey to your taste.  Serve.
